 Return & Refund Policy

 Every item at SaX Relics is a curated, one-of-a-kind vintage or pre-owned piece. We grade and photograph each item honestly so you know exactly what you're getting. For this reason, all sales are final — we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of fit, change of mind, or personal preference.
  
  The exception — items not as described. If an item arrives materially different from its listing (an undisclosed flaw, the wrong item, or damage in transit), we'll make it right. Email us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. If approved, you'll receive a full refund or store credit (your choice), and we'll provide a prepaid return label. Refunds post to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the item.


Please note: Vintage and pre-owned items naturally show signs of age — patina, minor wear, and small imperfections are part of their character and are not considered defects. Anything notable is always disclosed in the listing and condition grade.
